Returpolicy hvis kjøpt direkte fra RimpactMTB.com
Vår policy varer i 30 dager. Hvis det har gått 30 dager siden kjøpet ditt, kan vi dessverre ikke tilby deg refusjon eller bytte, men ta kontakt uansett for å diskutere.
For å være kvalifisert for retur må varen din være ubrukt og i samme stand som du mottok den. Den må også være i originalemballasjen. For å fullføre returen trenger vi en kvittering eller kjøpsbevis. Vennligst ikke send tilbake kjøpet før du har kontaktet vårt kundeserviceteam for å få et referansenummer. Vår e-post er kundeservice@rimpactmtb.com.

Refusjon ved kjøp via RimpactMTB.com (hvis aktuelt)
Når returen din er mottatt og inspisert, sender vi deg en e-post for å varsle deg om at vi har mottatt den returnerte varen. Vi vil også varsle deg om godkjenning eller avvisning av refusjonen.
Hvis du blir godkjent, vil tilbakebetalingen din bli behandlet, og en kreditt vil automatisk bli påført kredittkortet ditt eller den opprinnelige betalingsmåten innen 7–10 virkedager.
Forsinkede eller manglende refusjoner:
Hvis du ikke har mottatt refusjon ennå, må du først sjekke bankkontoen din på nytt.
Ta så kontakt med kredittkortselskapet ditt, det kan ta litt tid før refusjonen er offisielt publisert.
Ta deretter kontakt med banken din. Det er ofte noe behandlingstid før refusjon bokføres.

Utveksling :
Vi erstatter kun varer hvis de er defekte eller skadet. Hvis du trenger å bytte den til samme vare, send oss en e-post på kundeservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Frakt :
For å returnere produktet, vennligst kontakt kundeservice@rimpactmtb.com for en returreferanse og portoadresse.
Du vil være ansvarlig for å betale for dine egne fraktkostnader for å returnere varen din. Fraktkostnader refunderes ikke. Hvis du mottar refusjon, vil kostnaden for returfrakt bli trukket fra refusjonen. Avhengig av hvor du bor, kan tiden det kan ta før bytteproduktet ditt når deg, variere. Hvis du sender en vare over £75, bør du vurdere å bruke en sporbar frakttjeneste eller kjøpe fraktforsikring. Vi garanterer ikke at vi vil motta din returnerte vare.
Garanti:
Hvis du mener at varen har sviktet for tidlig eller er defekt ved mottak og ønsker å lese et garantikrav, vennligst kontakt kundeservice@rimpactmtb.com og gi oss beskjed. For tilfeller der produktet ble kjøpt gjennom en godkjent forhandler – vennligst kontakt forhandleren som første anløpssted. Forhandleren vil da kontakte Rimpact direkte på kundeservice @rimpactmtb.com og avvente instruksjoner.
Rimpact PRO og Original har en 30 dagers garanti fra kjøpsdatoen som dekker produsentfeil eller for tidlig feil. Den dekker ikke feil bruk eller skade som følge av feil installasjon. Mer informasjon er tilgjengelig på vår nettside, www.rimpactmtb.com.
